James Ross asked:

With the fuel crisis biting into our pockets the need to find alternative sources of fuel has become greater and greater. We are already looking to gas sources in remote corners of the world when we could already be sitting on the most plentiful source of fuel: water. So you may ask can we really run a car on water? Is this science fiction or fact and is it even possible you may be wondering? You can stop wondering if it really is true, because the possibility that cars can run on water has been documented for the past 90 or so years and now more and more evidence of this technology being true is coming to our attention with real examples of car running on water and gas. These are also known as hybrid cars.

These cars that run on dual sources of power or hybrid cars are very popular right now and you will see many websites dedicated to them. Hybrid cars are so called since they have different types of technologies to make them run. Two of which being gas and water. Lately these have become more and more popular mostly due to the spiraling cost of oil and hence gas.

For a car to run on water it first of all needs to have an electric source which is easily attainable from the battery in your car. This alone makes the possibility of making your car on water viable, and involves a process which splits water to produce Oxyhydrogen which enables the production of the the much needed energy to power your car. Remember that you will still be using some gas, but considerably less than you did before.

If you wanted to undertake this process yourself, you will need the components needed to carry it out. These components are not difficult to find or buy and you could, in fact, make them yourself though to buy they are fairly inexpensive. The great incentive for doing it yourself is that you will save money from the amount of gas you will not have to pay since you will run your car on water.

Another great incentive is that water powered cars let off gases that do not damage the ozone layer. This helps the environment a great deal as less green house gases are released in the atmosphere. This way not only you will save yourself money on gas but you will quite possibly save the future of our planet.

Kansieo.com

Ricky Lim asked:

In the past few years the scientists have been working hard to convert the water into a great source of energy so that I can help to run a car. There are lots of questions about this in the recent past.

Can a car run on water? The answer will be yes, the scientists have successfully used water to run a car. There are many benefits of using water for you car.

First of all you will be able to save a lot of money with it. You might have a normal car which runs with diesel or gasoline.

You might want to know whether you can convert your car and make it run on water. If you work a little bit you can surely convert your car.

The other best thing about the car running on water is that it can be converted back to the previous method if it somehow does not suit your car.

Can a car run on water is a question which only have only positive answers these days. To convert your car so that it runs on water you just need to add certain elements to the engine of the car.

The water is converted to gas with the help of these elements. The result is a low cost, low pollution and a better mileage car. By converting your car to a water run car you will only have advantages and no such disadvantages.

With the help of the water run car you can stop worrying about the gas prices that keep on rising. So now you know that can a car run on water has only positive answers.

The best apt is that you do not need anybody else’s help to convert the car, you can do it yourself and within a short time.

Create a video blog…instantly.

George Knoechel asked:

One of the best things about using hydrogen as a fuel alternative is that the only by-product is water vapor. Throw in that the supply is almost limitless, because it is an element that is generally available anywhere and pretty much evenly distributed around the planet and you have a winner.

Most of the commercially extracted hydrogen comes from fossil fuels, which gleans hydrogen in its purest form from water through electrolysis. Hydrogen fuel cells are where most of the focus is when talking about using it as transportation fuel and production of a truly practical car is still years away. So it became more of a focus to “tweak” the way fuel is managed in conventional gas engines to effectively burn hydrogen.

In order to obtain hydrogen from water you will use a process called electrolysis, which is the separating of water into its basic 1 oxygen atom and 2 hydrogen atoms. Sending an electrical current through the water does this, but since energy cannot be created or destroyed, only altered, the atoms or molecules are simply rearranged into a different state that is the HHO gas, a very efficient and stable burning gas. This electrolysis process does not require a great deal of electricity so it can come from your battery or alternator without causing any problems.

This type of conversion also addresses another issue of safety; it helps in producing hydrogen on demand only when it is needed, not as a constant. This also means that there are fewer pollutants making it environmentally friendly.

Create a video blog

Jack Reily asked:

Just a few years ago, the idea of running a car on water would have seemed like science fiction. Advances made in the HHO technology have finally made it a reality for everyone. With easy conversion kits, normal people are converting their personal cars, trucks, and suvs to run with water. If you want to learn about how to get these conversion kits, see the link below the article.

What is this new technology all about?

Basically, this technology is all about hydrogen atoms. For years scientists have known that water contains a lot of energy. Only now have they figured out a way of extracting some of that raw energy. With a kit that incorporates this new process, your car’s gas is cycled through a device containing a water supply. Once mixed, the hydrogen atoms are forced into the gasoline creating a potent blend of combustible gas. This new gas can burn for much longer which will double you car’s current gas mileage. That’s a lot of money saved at the pump.

Are conversion kits safe and affordable?

The kits are very safe to use with your engine. Considering what they do, these kits are an extreme bargain. Some kits are available for less than $100. Not only that, but they are extremely easy to install using normal tools in your garage. Once installed, you will be enjoying much better gas mileage which in turn will save you a lot of money on gas. Running cars on water is a great investment any way you look at it.

What about newer hybrids?

The new hybrids available are great! The Toyota Prius will have you cruising around town at 45+ mpg. The only drawback to these cars are their price tags. If you have $25,000 to spend on a new Prius I would highly recommend investigating the hybrid car market. In just a few years there will be even better electric hybrids available. In the mean time, water conversion kits are providing incredible gas mileage on normal cars. Most times, gas mileage will exceed those expensive hybrids. In my opinion, this new HHO technology is the future for the average person. Jump on it while prices are low.

Can I convert my car?

Yes! Cars, trucks, suvs, and anything in between can be converted to run on water-based hydrogen fuel.To convert a car, you need to get a water conversion kit. Patent restrictions on hho technology means you can only order these kits directly from the manufacturers online. My guess is that you won’t see this in stores for a while to come. The good news is that they are high quality and cheap! The link below has information on where to get these kits.

Caffeinated Content

Bruce Brennan asked:

With gas prices creeping up day by day, common sense takes over for most and thousands are now looking for ways to reduce their fuel costs. From carpooling to changing driving habits, there are a lot of little things you can do here and there to save a little gas and hope the pennies you’re saving add up. There are also some gas mileage devices on the market, and even some do-it-yourself solutions, that can help save you money on gas.

The most popular of the DIY gas mileage devices right now seems to be HHO generators which allow your car to run on water. Since it sounds a little strange, many people are dispelling valid designs as nothing more than a run your car on water scam.

While it’s true that some information or guides you’ll run across may be some type of scam, there are some easy ways to differentiate between a real product and a run your car on water scam. So here are some questions to ask yourself when looking at a product to decide if it can help you or not.

Most real products will not dispel pure hydrogen cars, and they will not try to confuse you by claiming that certain hydrogen cars are running on water. Cars that run purely on hydrogen are quite a bit different and current;y are very expensive to produce commercially. This is exactly why the larger auto makers have not yet released pure hydrogen cars. These cars don’t run on water at all, they run on pure hydrogen which is in a compressed liquid form. It may be a run your car on water scam if the product that pure hydrogen is dangerous, that is just scare tactic and most products are clearly meant to provide a great alternative to pure hydrogen until it is commercially available.

If you find any product that states you can run your car completely on water with no gasoline, it is definitely a run you car on water scam. While there are some systems being developed to run a car 100% on water, nobody has successfully made a practical 100% water engine yet. There are some kits that provide the theoretical plans and designs with their package, but they will be advertised as prototypes or experimental designs if it is not a run your car on water scam.

Additionally, anything that says you can add water right into your gas tank is also a run your can on water scam. Definitely stay away from any product claiming this.

Caffeinated Content

Dee Schrock asked:

Physics science fair projects are based on the study of matter and energy and focus on understanding electricity, energy, gravity, machines, magnets, and how certain materials change and combine. Studying these topics will give us a better understanding of how the world and the universe around us work. There are many different projects that can be done about physics because physics covers a very broad range of subjects.

There are still many aspects of our world and our universe that we don’t completely understand, so thinking of a topic for your project is just a matter of thinking of a question you have about our world; whether it be wondering how electricity works, or energy, or studying gravity. Maybe you are interested in machines and how they work, or how magnets work. If magnets interest you, a good science fair project might be to see if magnetic bracelets and necklaces can really help with pain in your body. Some people believe they help with headaches, joint pain or back pain. You could do some research and see how effective they really are.

Another good physics project would be to see which method will cool a soda the quickest from room temperature. For this project you will need a digital thermometer, water, ice, a refrigerator, four cans of soda, a timer, plastic wrap and two Styrofoam coolers. You will then need to make a water bath and an ice water bath and then check the temperature of the soda before you start. Next, place one soda in the fridge, one in the freezer, one in the ice bath and one in the ice water bath and continuously check their temperatures to see which method cools the soda the quickest.

Caffeinated Content

Nathalie K asked:

It is true that there are now cars available that runs on water. In 2006 there was an article in the Mobile magazine stating that a prototype of a car being able to run on water had been built. Apparently this car drove for a hundred miles using only four ounces of water for fuel. Amazing isn’t it. Just imagine the saving on fuel costs in the long run if you were to convert your car to run on water.

There is also a device called a “water fuel cell” for to convert a car to run on water. It is designed to break water down into two components namely oxygen and hydrogen through the process of electrolysis. This process produces hydrogen from water which is then used as fuel for cars. That is why it is also known as a hydrogen fuel cell.

The process to convert a car to run on water is actually a lot simpler than it may sound. The basic idea is to turn the liquid water into it’s gas stage. This is something that we all probably learned in elementary school. There are three stages: gas, liquid and solid. So when water is brought to a high enough temperature, it turns into a gas. In this case it actually turns into two gases namely hydrogen and oxygen. This is the same effect that you’ll also see in your kitchen if you boil a pot of water for too long.

Now when you convert a car to run on water, we basically need to harness the power of that gas. Steam power has long been used to drive locomotives or trains and will certainly have enough power to drive your much smaller vehicle such as your car. The problem comes with harnessing that steam.

Kits designed to convert your car to run on water, solved this problem by using different gauges and implements. What happens is that this kit hooks directly onto your car’s engine and heats up the water by attracting itself to the battery and electrical system. The steam being released from the water is then used to drive the car, effectively creating a way for converting a car to run on water.

The easiest way for you to convert a car to run water is to use one of these converter kits. It can be easily installed in a few hours time and you will be well on your way to saving thousands in fuel costs. The benefits compelling us to covert our cars to run on water are: 1 The most obvious one is to save money. You can save up to $1.4 a gallon if you converting a car to run on water. Secondly is to reduce pollution and thirdly have a cleaner engine. The system is also very safe and needs no mechanical experience.

Caffeinated Content

Andreas Lee asked:

You might be confused because you read somewhere that run your car on water system is a scam and you read again that it is real. Which one is true? Both of them are true. Run you car on water system is true, but you have to note that there are irresponsible people out there made a useless e-book about run your car on water system that explains nothing but common knowledge. In this article I want to make sure you do not fall into that trap.

Run Your Car on Water system is absolutely true, in fact it is now used massively by those including me, who want to save money on their gas bill and who does not want the increasing gas price affecting their lifestyle.

This system, which is also referred as Hydrogen Fuel Cell System, does not mean that you are going to run your car on water 100%. You are going to combine two sources of energy, they are gasoline and water (HHO gas). At the ratio of 50-50, you would be able to increase your gas mileage by 100%, which means you are going to halve your normal gas expense. Calculate it yourself and you will know how much you would be able to save, perhaps hundreds of Dollars a month, if you travel a lot.

How does it cost to run your car on water?

It costs you less than $180 to build the whole hydrogen fuel cell system. In case you do not want to build it yourself, you can always buy a readily built one that will cost you up to $600.
But as a warning, you have to find a real solid step by step instruction that can give you more information than you expected.

How can i determine that a guide is good? theere are two ways, the first is to buy and the second way is to do research. A good guide should have:

Written step by step instruction plus pictures and videos A list that contains affordable yet high in quality materials and tools that you need to build a hydrogen fuel cell system A guide that explains how you can easily claim your IRS tax refund for running a more environment friendly car.

What are the benefits when you run your car on water?

Save money!! Increase the quality of your and your family’s healthy life (because of less gas combustion) Increase your car’s longevity and reduce the noise of your engine

Website content

Dale Anthony asked:

All this talk about hydrogen based fuel that when added to fossil fuel will keep your car burning leaner and longer. First of all the concept of Hydrogen derived from water is completely legitimate. The fact that we have an unmeasurable amount of water on this earth added to the reality that we’ve all been “hit by rising fuel prices” makes this concept such an “air tight” marketing scheme that even the most rational people in the world would be sold on this concept.

When it comes to using H2O (water) for the purpose of combining it with fossil fuel to make your engine burn cleaner, you just have to separate the H2 from the O. The best way to do this is using “direct current electricity”. Once you add direct current, it becomes highly heated released energy. The direct current separates the hydrogen from the oxygen and once it combines back with whatever oxygen that happens to drift by in your engine and combines with the fossil fuel, it gives a more environmentally clean burning fuel.

Run your Car on Water Scam or Legitimate? Here are the Pros and Cons

First the Cons:

The direct current which we’ve talked about above, is nothing more than the raw electronic energy being poured into the water, which will create an extreme amount of Heat, but keep in mind what you get back in the form of heated energy is the direct result of the equal amount of electron energy you put into the separation….no more….no less.

So what does this mean?

It takes a fairly decent amount of electrical current to separate the H2 from the O. And until we find a free source of electricity, you may have to continually change your battery more frequently then you would without the Hydrogen, Oxygen, Fossil Fuel mix.

Pros:

As mentioned above, you get a nice environmentally healthy clean burn from your fuel.

Some reports suggest that because 5%-15% of gas never gets burned and ends up coming out of your exhaust pipe, this method of Running you car on Water, or I should say, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Fossil Fuel mixture will Burn up to 99% of the Fossil Fuel saving you a good “Chunk of Money” at the pump, less refills and more miles per tank of Gas.

Caffeinated Content
