Use transformer primary wingding wool at top
it protect your bubbler from explotion, I use
fine copper wire wool for flashback arrestor
    it works fine

I like what you have done with this project. Thanks for the ideas on drying the gas. I’m curious… I can’t seem to find the case you are using. Where did you aquire the plastic box used to house the cell?

I guarantee you that even if that flashback arrestor you made should explode, that would be sooOOoo dangerous… you’ve got to make a device with the air stone and a cap wich blows up if the gas should flashback. Flashback is avoided by raising the pressure at the nozzle when you burn the gas.

i am working on that now i hope to get it out in 2 weeks it will be easy to build and separate the oxygen and hydrogen in the cell my test unit will show a simple way to build. browns gas is awsome stuff but some projects req. pure hydrogen, keep on building reactors “please” thanks for your time

hi.how many plates are you running and what sort of size are they. also could you tell me the current/voltage. also wouldnt it be safer to have a minimal air /gas space in the top of the main flash back arrestor, ensuring any flashback causes only the minimal bang. im just about ready to test mine you see and could do with all the help possible.cheers

only very slight. once pressure bulids up the difference is not very noticable, but I haven’t done an official test yet.

so 1 liter, 5 amps, 12 volts in 4 minutes
    results in 54% efficiency
    1 liter, 15 amps, 12 volts in 1 minute is 72% efficiency, amazing…
Please show an actual measurement test video !
